维斯兄弟公司是一家欧洲最知名的运输物流公司。公司总部在奥地利福拉尔贝格的Lauterach,与奥德堡公司具有长期的合作关系。目前这一合作得到了延续:奥德堡公司为维斯兄弟公司在Pöchlarn的一间2250平方米的物流大厅换下了老式的日光灯管,装上了模块式光带解决方案TECTON LED。

LED能效高,维斯兄弟公司在新建和改建物流根据地时非常看重这一点。在更新Pöchlarn项目时,不仅仅是出于对生态的考量而选择了TECTON LED,因为这一解决方案同时也大大提升了功能性和经济性。“我们当时要找到一种适合工业化的解决方案,在这个基础上,我们可以对不同的大厅区域做出不同的照明,以满足不同的规范要求”,维斯兄弟公司不动产和物业管理部主任Markus Nigsch先生这样解释道。这一点也正是对现代物流公司设施的最关键的要求。例如动感传感器就必须毫无疑问地融入到这个系统里。之所以选择了奥德堡系统的一大原因是,这一系统的维护成本极低:光带和承载轨都是根据即插即用的原理设计的。无论在连接承载轨道元件还是在更换灯具时都不需要工具。此外,LED的使用寿命平均长达10年,因此大大延长了这一解决方案的维护周期。

在对TECTON LED的二氧化碳排放上,Markus Nigsch将其和从Pöchlarn物流大厅退役的日光灯管做了一个比较:“每年的用电量从原来的120万千瓦小时降低到465000千瓦小时。这就意味着,与照明相关的二氧化碳排放量每年降低几乎139吨,仅仅是以前总量的38.6%。”

大众汽车在规划时提出的原则是“从产品到工厂”。因为最近几年大众汽车在研发和落实创新和环保发动机技术方面取得的成就,在将来也要体现在生产基地的建筑上。到2018年大众汽车要成为世界上最环保的汽车生产厂家。在Chemnitz建造的这个新工厂大厅100就是向这个目标迈进的一步。

2013年11月这个项目被德国可持续发展建筑协会(DGNB) 授予金奖。因为大厅的扩建符合德国可持续发展建筑协会的标准目录中罗列的高要求,它兼顾了经济、环保和有益客户的整体考量。以“提高可持续发展,降低环保负荷”为座右铭,在Chemnitz召开多次研讨会,深入探讨降低能耗问题,而核心围绕着全方位兼顾生产流程。因此对组装设备的高效节能进行研究,充分挖掘各种优化潜力。而开拓性的LED照明技术也为达到这个目标贡献了一份力量。

在机加工车间,高科技的加工中心和几乎全自动、复杂的生产线控制着生产流程。这里的要求是均匀的基础照明,达到300 Lux中间值。客户希望灯具可以调光,且光带要集成应急照明。奥德堡采用光带系统TECTON LED和集成的紧急照明满足客户了的所有要求。另外DIMLITE模块可以高效控制光带。

两个应用场景,一种解决方案

亚历山大•伯克尔公司扩建了他们的生产基地,建造了占地2600平方米的仓库和毗邻的办公大楼。作为弗莱堡ECOFIT推广计划的参与者,这家以弗赖堡为基地的电器批发商抓住每个机会,利用最新技术,实现既环保又经济高效的运营模式。奥德堡照明创新照明概念意在保持高品质照明的同时,为降低能耗作出贡献。

新的三层行政大楼是使用LED光源的最佳选择。办公区域内没有柱子和任何支撑结构,可以灵活的利用地面空间。奥德堡照明提出了一种现代办公室的均匀照明概念,基于定制的CRAYON LED下照灯的照明解决方案:在天花板上嵌入安装了122盏方形CRAYON LED下照灯和625mm特殊尺寸48W灯,温暖的光色(4000K)营造了均衡的、令人愉快的照明环境。此外,照明方案所选用的灯具还有使用寿命长,光色稳定,免维护且可调光的特点。

仓库的特点在于采用了实用而节能的建筑结构,可以通过众多的天窗尽可能的利用自然采光。而人工照明只被设计用于作为自然采光的一种补充。设计师选择了经过反复测试的TECTON连续照明系统为仓库提供环境照明。这一模块化的连续照明系统非常适合在工业领域应用,所提供的照度能够保证符合300lx的应用标准要求。该系统可以灵活扩展,还能将反射镜和应急照明灯具集成进去。

CRAYON LED下射灯防护等级达到IP 44,可以用于潮湿环境。这款12W下射灯可以达到与50W卤素灯或18W紧凑型荧光灯相同的照度。这使得此款灯具能够很方便替代传统的下射灯产品,而且这款采用LED光源的灯具更高效,更耐用。

节能的能源供应商

当你步入Verkehrsbetriebe位于亚琛的机修车间,引人注目的不仅是那些公共汽车,愉快而明亮的灯光也给人留下了深刻的印象。事实上,这些采用了最新技术的照明设备,其节能效果也非常显著。

这两间宽敞的车间,主要用于对公共汽车进行维修和清洗,其中有280辆隶属于亚琛电车和公用事业公司,而其余150辆则隶属于其他公司。由于车间24小时工作,因此照明在运营成本中占了很大的比重。原有系统的整体安装负载高达26000W,每天需运行18小时。事实上,车间安装了大型天窗本可以很好的利用自然光。

而在新系统中,设计师选用了更高效的可调光SCUBA防雾灯具,并配以T5光源,在较小的那个车间里,只需18000W的安装负载,就能达到550~600lux的标准照明要求。每个独立的SCUBA灯具都和LUXMATE专业控制系统,以及外置日光感应器相连,能够根据照明需求自动调光或关闭灯具。即便在阴天,实际用电量也很少超过12000W,而晴天实际用电量能降低到500W!这就相当于节省了60%的能耗,而存在感应器节约的能耗还没有计算在内。在使用了存在感应器后,当特定区域内无人时,系统会自动关闭3~4盏相关区域的灯。在较为宽敞的那个车间里,新设备的节能效果更为明显,平均总安装负载从58000W降到了30300W。晴天时,实际用电量通常在14500W左右。这样的节能效果,意味着新系统只需2年就能收回投资成本。

应急照明也按最新标准进行了升级,在轨道中安装了使用大功率LED光源的RESCLITE应急灯。在使用了高效的灯具,并对光分布进行了优化的设计后,只需在挑高的天花上安装几盏灯,就能达到应急照明的相关标准要求。由于封装的LED光源能耗极小,灯具的安装负载仅为5W,而在非常开模式下,它的能耗更是只有1.5W。

从18米高空照射出的高品质灯光

Parker Hannifin公司在比勒费尔德的新物流中心造型奇特——高天棚的仓库中18米高的货架上共容纳了15000个托盘。灯光必须保证在最下层的货架上也能达到200lux的照度,这样才能确保快速、无误的对所有的产品条码进行扫描。从一开始,TECTON连续照明系统就凭借其出色的照明质量和高能效的特点给人们留下了深刻的印象。该系统使用了窄角度反射器和1x80 W的光源,能轻松达到客户所需的照度水平。同时,TECTON的模块化系统设计和易安装的特性,能方便的根据客户需求进行扩建或重建。应急照明也被集成到了连续照明系统中,即便遇到紧急情况,系统依然能够提供足够的照明。在每条走道上都在11极轨道系统中安装了3个灯用于应急照明。

装有窄角度反射器的TECTON也被用在8米高的成品发运跨上。由于发运跨的工作分3班倒,所以照明系统必须保证周一至周五的连续运转。连续照明系统可以根据需要开启1/3或2/3的灯具,以达到节能效果。

管理员工作区和高管工作区的照明方式截然相反:SCONFINE线吊灯、PANOS Q下照灯和SLOTLIGHT线条灯沿矩形边线安装,灯光交错,仿佛为访客演出一场令人兴奋的灯光合奏。预设的照明场景由LUXMATE情感照明管理系统控制,只需按下开关就能自动运行。嵌入式MELLOW LIGHT IV灯具和KAREA落地灯在办公区域内,通过合理调节直接/间接灯光的比率,模拟日光照明场景,营造出无眩光的工作环境。在食堂里,设计师选用灯光柔和的SCONFINE线吊灯营造出平静、轻松的气氛。灯光经由悬挂下来的曲面造型元素提供的大型承光面反射下来,强调出愉快的照明效果。
